The league fixtures for our men’s and ladies’ teams for the 2026 season have now been confirmed.

Our men’s intermediate team will compete in the Cusack Cup this year after winning last season’s Garry Cup and securing promotion. They begin their campaign with a repeat of last year’s final, travelling to Lisdoonvarna to face St. Breckan’s on Saturday, March 7th at 2.00PM.

The junior men’s team will line out in Division 5 this season following promotion last year after reaching the Division 6 League final, with the fixtures yet to be published.

On the ladies’ side, our intermediate team begin their second consecutive season in Division 1. They open their campaign at home to Fergus Rovers on Sunday, March 15th. Our junior ladies’ team are also in action that day, hosting Doora Barefield, with both fixtures scheduled for March 15th.

All registrations must be completed online via Foireann, the GAA’s official membership and registration system. In order to be eligible to train, play, or be covered under the GAA Injury Fund, every player, coach and club member must be fully registered on Foireann for the 2026 season.

Registration is essential for participation at all levels of the club, including adult teams, underage players, coaches and non-playing members.

Members are encouraged to complete their registration as early as possible to ensure uninterrupted participation in training and club activities.

Clare GAA’s Master Fixtures Committee has published the Master Fixture Calendar for 2026.

Kilrush will compete in both the Cusack Cup and Division 5 League this season, with the opening rounds scheduled for the weekend of 7-8th March. In Championship action, Kilrush will line out in the Intermediate and Junior B Championships, with the first round set to begin on the weekend of 1st August.
